- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within the given timeframe

Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in podcast editing, preferably with a portfolio of previous work

- Proficiency in audio editing software such as Audacity or Adobe Audition

- Strong understanding of audio mixing and mastering techniques

- Creative mindset and ability to suggest ideas for enhancing the overall production value of the podcast
